Casa Kiara II

Recently my friend invited me to visit her project at Mont' Kiara. I thought, why not ? Mont' Kiara is afterall one of my favourite places. She brought me to Casa Kiara 2, which is located along the same road as The Verve Suites and Hijauan Kiara. Casa Kiara 2 is a freehold, joint-venture development between Sunway City and Dijaya.

Here's a view of the porte corchere'. Very warm and welcoming. Casa Kiara 2 has already been completed with CF and residents have already occupied the building.

The entrance to the actual show unit is well designed as there is a little foyer before stepping into the living quarters. It gives privacy to the dwellers, so guests don't get a direct view of your living room from the entrance door.

Each unit comes with Signature Kitchen cabinets with kitchen hob and hood.

Spacious living room.

The master bedroom with a sexy little window looking into the shower :)

Bedroom 1 (I don't like the paintings on the wall... ugly)

Bedroom 2 (I like the window blinds)

There are currently only 26 units available by Sunway City Berhad for a minimum selling price of RM750,000. Also, if you are lazy to furnish the unit, you can also opt to buy the show unit at RM 993,000. A good neighbourhood to live in amidst the international enclave.

Sunway Rymba Hills Launch

About a month ago, I received an invitation to celebrate The World Environmental Day at the Sunway Rymba Hills Launch. I really loved the name Rymba ... a unique twist for the word "Forest" in Malay. Sunway Rymba Hills is a zero-lot bungalow development which is located at Sunway Damansara.

The development comes with a 6.5 acre PRIVATE forest park, that can only be enjoyed by the residents. There will be forest trails and also little huts for you to enjoy the quiet serenity of the forest while watching the monkeys swing from tree to tree. There are strong elements of LOHAS in these 3-storey forest villas. LOHAS stands for Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability. This "housing scheme" (haha i think people hardly use this term nowadays) is designed for 3 generations and claimed to be barrier free, for easy mobility.

There was quite abit of crowd at the launch, lots of big cars ... beemers, lexus, mercedes, porsche, u name it. In line with The World Environmental Day, the developer gave away potted plants to each visitors.

When I stepped into the sales gallery, I was greeted by what looked like a wall of forest from The Lord of The Rings.

Hurry, hurry, select your units .... they are going like hot cakes !!

There was a classy array of delightful snacks and desert by Moon Garden. Absolutely delicious !!
Not your usual fried rice and mee goreng.

There was also a mini petting zoo for the children. So the kids can play with the rabbits and hedgehogs while mommy and daddy buy house.

Look ma ! A wallaby !!

These fat little thumpers were a favourite among the kids :)

Ok I got distracted by those cute little furballs.
Back to Rymba Hills, it was already 60% sold at that point of time.
