The Illumination of the South Quay Princess

Last Thursday, it was the official launch of Sunway South Quay. With the lakeside promenade and the yacht completed, Sunway South Quay was officially launched to the public by Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr Jeffrey Cheah.

There were fireworks display for a grand 5 minutes. Here's my cheapo camera's attempt at capturing the fireworks.

Here's a shot of the lakeside promenade and the South Quay Princess (the yacht) taken from the BayRocks clubhouse.

After the fireworks, we were entertained by jazz queen, Noryn Aziz.

To end the night, we were invited to view the exquisite showcase of luxury watches & jewellery (Jaeger LeCoultre & Doris Vinci) at the BayRocks show villas. It was definitely a memorable night at Sunway South Quay with the moon shining brightly in the sky. An update on A'marine, Sunway South Quay

Last I heard from the sales staff, 60% of A'marine condominium has already been sold... woohoo !! mainly to investors. Also I was informed that Suncity is working to link the network with Monash University Sunway campus so that students who are staying in Sunway South Quay will be able to connect to the local network at the university, now that's connectivity. I also heard that the condominium comes with Unifi infrastructure ready, that means high speed internet broadband connectivity, hooray more reasons to celebrate !

Anyway just a little update on another upcoming development in Bandar Sunway. The Pinnacles, a new office tower located next to Menara Sunway which is targeted to complete by mid 2013. So another good reason to invest in Sunway South Quay.

I took a stroll along the lakeside promenade of South Quay and here's a shot of BayRocks, the garden waterfront villas. Really quite a breathtaking view.

All the walkways are beautifully landscaped ...

And it's not just in South Quay, even the walkways around Bandar Sunway are heavily landscaped.

Ahhh... I'm looking forward to the completion of A'marine ...
